Information collected

Holistik is a static directory: we do not collect any personal information from visitors browsing therapist profiles, the “Help me choose” quiz, or any page on the site. There is no account, no login, and no online booking on this site.

"Are you a therapist?" form

The only personal information collected is what a therapist voluntarily sends us through the "Are you a therapist?" form: her name, her email, her discipline(s) and the content of her message.

This message is forwarded by email to the collective in order to review the application and reply. It is not stored in any database on the site, nor anywhere beyond what is needed to reply.

Cookies

This site does not use any tracking or advertising cookies, and therefore does not require a cookie consent banner.

Visit statistics are measured using Umami, a self-hosted analytics solution that is cookie-free and does not collect any identifiable IP address or personal identifier.

Your rights (Bill 25)

In accordance with the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Bill 25), you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of the personal information you have submitted to us through the site's form.

Each therapist has also consented to the publication of her profile (name, photo, biography, services, and contact details) and may withdraw that consent at any time; her profile is then removed from the site.
